Screen resolution is the number of pixels displayed on your screen, expressed as width × height. Higher resolution means more detail and sharper images. Common resolutions include 1920×1080 (Full HD), 2560×1440 (QHD), and 3840×2160 (4K).
Device pixel ratio (DPR) is the ratio between physical pixels and CSS pixels. A DPR of 2 (common on Retina displays) means each CSS pixel is rendered using 4 physical pixels (2×2), resulting in sharper text and images.
