Paint Calculator helps homeowners and DIY enthusiasts figure out exactly how much paint to buy. Enter your room dimensions, number of doors and windows, and the tool calculates the total paintable surface area, subtracting standard door (1.9m²) and window (1.4m²) sizes. It shows results in both gallons and liters, with coverage based on the standard 10 m² per liter. Choose 1-3 coats and optionally include the ceiling. A cost estimate helps you budget for your project. Perfect for renovations, repainting, and home improvement planning. All calculations run locally in your browser with zero data collection. Standard paint coverage is approximately 400 sq ft per gallon for smooth walls and 300 sq ft for textured surfaces. The calculator accounts for doors and windows that don't need paint.
