BPM Tapper lets you find the tempo of any song by tapping along with the beat. Tap the big button or press your spacebar in time with the music—the tool calculates beats per minute from the average time between your taps. After 4+ taps you get a reliable BPM reading, with accuracy improving the more you tap. Ideal for DJs matching tracks, musicians finding tempos for practice, producers setting project BPMs, and anyone curious about a song's speed. The tool also shows the tempo name (Largo, Adagio, Allegro, Presto, etc.). Everything runs in your browser—no data is collected. The rolling average smooths out inconsistent taps for more accurate results. The tempo detection automatically names your BPM range — from Largo to Prestissimo — based on classical music terminology.

How to Use

1. Play a song — Start the track you want to measure.
2. Tap in time — Click the button or press spacebar on the beat.
3. Read the BPM — The value stabilizes after 4-8 taps.
4. Reset — Click Reset to start measuring a new song.
